Clean Energy Link–north project
613. Hon Dr Steve Thomas to the Leader of the House representing the Minister for
Energy and Decarbonisation:
I refer to the government's
2025 budget announcement of $542 million to be spent in 2025–26 on the
Clean Energy Link–North project and to undertake other early
investigative works for other projects.
(1) What is the total projected cost and
completion dates for the following proposed or potential projects listed in the
government's SWIS Transition Planning Update released in May 2024:
(a) Clean Energy Link–Perth
circuit;
(b) Clean Energy Link–metro;
(c) Clean Energy Link–Chittering;
(d) Clean Energy Link–Moora;
(e) Clean Energy Link–east; and
(f) Clean Energy Link–south?
(2) By what date will decisions be made on whether
the government will proceed with the Clean Energy Link–east and Clean
Energy Link–south projects?
