I refer to the national partnership agreement for legal assistance service which was extended to 30 June 2015, and ask: (a) has the Commonwealth indicated whether it will extend the agreement beyond 30 June 2015 or enter into a new agreement before 30 June 2015; and (b) what contingencies has the State developed in the event that the national partnership agreement is not extended and a new agreement is not offered?
