arising from the 2014-15
Annual Report Hearings, and I ask: (a) on what date in August 2015 was the first report submitted by the Executive Director, Public Health; (b) further to (a), what is the significance of the difference between this date and the report being accepted by the Minister at a later date being 17 September 2015; (c) further to (b), was the accepted report the same as the report originally submitted by the Executive Director, Public Health in August 2015; (d) if no to (c), how many changes were made between the first and final reports; (e) further to (d), will the Minister table a record of the changes made; and (f) if no to (e), why not?

(b) A one month period was required for the Minister to review the report and ask for some further information. Feedback was provided by the Minister and a revised report prepared, which was accepted by the Minister.
