I am advised (1) Yes (2) From 1 March 1991 to 23 May 1995 (3)&(4) Mr O'Connor surrendered his real estate licence on 23 May 1995. At the time, he was the subject of a Ministry of Fair Trading/Real Estate Board investigation regarding misappropriation from the trust fund of his real estate agency. When Mr O'Connor surrendered his licence, the Board directed that the matter be referred to the Police. Mr O'Connor was subsequently convicted of stealing.
