For each of the years 2013, 2014 and 2015 and 2016 to date —
(1) (a) How many
patients presented to the emergency department with symptoms resulting from
drug and/or alcohol usage a month?
(b) What was the
average length of hospital stay for patients presenting with symptoms result
from drug and/or alcohol usage?
(c) What was the
average cost per visit incurred by the state government for patients presenting
with symptoms resulting from drug and/or alcohol usage?
