In response to QoN 2440 seeking further information as to what goals have been identified for ambulance ramping in the Government's Winter Strategy, the response is refer to Page 9 of the Winter Strategy. I have looked at Page 9 of the Winter Strategy and in relation to ambulance ramping it says - to meet demand and keep patient care flowing. Can the Minister confirm therefore:
(a) That this is the only goal in relation to ambulance ramping;
(b) No quantifiable goals have been set for ambulance ramping; and
(c) Without the Winter Strategy the Government's expectation for ambulance ramping would have been less than meeting demand and keeping patient care flowing?
