1500. Hon WILSON TUCKER to the Minister for Commerce:
I
refer to the Ticket Scalping Act 2021 and my question without notice 1474 asked
on 13 November. Of the 37 fines issued since the commencement of the
act, how many fines have been recovered and how many complaints has the
Consumer Protection division received since the commencement of the act?

recovered and, as at 13 November 2024, it is 126.
