173. Hon AMBER-JADE SANDERSON to the minister representing the Minister for Environment:
I refer to the Colmax Glass recycling plant in Kewdale that
was opened in 2010.
(1) Did the Waste Authority contribute any money to fund the
Colmax plant; and, if so, how much?
(2) Is the plant now in
receivership?
(3) If yes to
(2), what reports have been conducted into the failure of the plant and where
are these reports publicly available?
(4) What was the
financial contribution of the National Packaging Covenant Industry Association
to Colmax?
