(1) The Executive Director of Fisheries WA has submitted the national competition policy review reports of WA fisheries related legislation to the Minister for Fisheries. (2)-(3) I am advised that the Minister for Fisheries is considering the results of the review reports and awaiting further advice from Fisheries WA on certain legal issues before finalising consideration of the reports and their release.
