a) The Western Australian Museum commissioned Morris Hargreaves McIntyre to conduct research measuring customer satisfaction and service delivery across all six of the Museum's public sites. The data collected is being used to improve the Museum experience for all visitors, and to target new audiences.
b) The findings of the research were published in the Museum's Annual Report which can be accessed via the Museum's website.
c) Meerkats The Brand Leadership Company was contracted to provide marketing services - not research - to develop a new visual identity for the New Museum.
d) The visual identity for the New Museum was launched to the public at the Perth site in June this year and is already in use across a range of platforms.
