All State and Commonwealth services for health, education, housing, employment, training, and other services have a responsibility for achieving equitable outcomes for Indigenous people. Recognising that in reality there is a gap in Indigenous and non-indigenous outcomes, Indigenous specific reforms are being agreed between the State and Commonwealth Governments. Specific levels of funding in WA are still being worked out.
