I thank Hon Giz Watson for the question. The Minister for Community Safety has supplied the following answer. (1) The report of the Repeat Drink Driving Working Group was produced in November 2003. This informed the development of the government’s repeat drink-driving strategy. Policy for this strategy is currently being finalised and legislation is being drafted. It is intended to introduce a bill into Parliament this year. (2) Yes, and I now table the report. [See paper 2675.] (3) An amount of $4 949 600 has been allocated to the implementation of the report, which covers developmental and operational costs.
