I refer to the answer to question without notice 214, in which the minister confirmed that the government intended to implement a comprehensive repeat drink-driving program as recommended by the Road Safety Council. (1) Has the document outlining the repeat drink-driving program been produced? (2) If so, will the minister table that document?
