CORONAVIRUS — VACCINATIONS
163. Mr P.J. RUNDLE to the Minister for Health:
I have a supplementary question. For
the minister's information, direction on aged-care access is issued by
the Chief Health Officer, Andy Robertson.
The government's Visitors to Residential Aged Care Facilities
Directions 7 prescribes influenza vaccination requirements. Why not
extend the directions to COVID-19 immediately?

I tell you what, why don't
we do something really clever: why don't we just vaccinate them? Why
don't we just get them vaccinated? That would be good, wouldn't
it? We are all waiting for the commonwealth to bloody well get on and do it!
