Burswood Nominees Limited.
(1) Has the state government or any state agency
entered into any agreement, commitment or other binding arrangement in respect
of this land?
(2) If yes, will the minister outline the nature
and terms of those arrangements?

I thank the
honourable member for some notice of the question and provide the following on
behalf of the Minister for Transport.
(1)–(2) The state government's
negotiations with Crown continues to progress positively in relation to the 3.5
hectares of land on the southern edge of Perth Park. This land was sold by the
previous Liberal–National government at a discount, with a requirement
for development to commence by 2020 and be completed by 2028.
