(1) Nil.
(2) A Public Reference Group (State Tax Review Reference Group) provided advice and recommendations to the Treasurer on the recent State Tax Review. Mr Jonathan Ilbery received payments during 2006-07 totalling $62,938.15 (including GST) for his services as Chair of the Reference Group.
Economic Regulation Authority
(1) The
Economic Regulation Authority Act 2003
provides for a governing body which consists of one chairman and such other members as the Governor considers necessary for the proper performance of the Authority's functions.
In the 2006 to 2007 financial year the governing body consisted of a chairman and two part time members. They were each paid the following total amounts:
Lyndon Rowe (Chairman) $ 355,884
Mr Chris Field (part time member) $ 129,281
Mr Stephen Edwell (part time member) $ 0
Please note: Mr Stephen Edwell is paid by the Australian Energy Regulator and is not paid by the Economic Regulation Authority.
