refer to the practice of the WA government's building and energy
division referring select complaints to the State Administrative
Tribunal.
(1) How many complaints have been referred to SAT, per
financial year, since the 2017–18 financial year to now?
(2) What was the average time for resolution of these
complaints by SAT, per financial year, since the 2017–18 financial
year to now?
