(1) What
percentage of the government's current transport budget spending is
allocated to cycling infrastructure and programs?
(2) Does the
government intend to increase the percentage referred to in part (2) of the
answer to question without notice 180?
(3) If no to question (2), why not?
(4) If yes to question (2), by how much?

question.
(1) The
percentage of the government's transport budget spending allocated to
cycling infrastructure and programs was 1.7 per cent in 2014–15 and is
2.4 per cent in 2015–16.
(2)–(4) Since
it was elected, the Liberal–National government has invested an
unprecedented $113 million in cycling networks throughout the state. This
demonstrates that the investment in cycling infrastructure has almost doubled
under the current government. The previous Labor government spent $63.8 million
on cycling infrastructure over the six years prior to 2008–09.
