I refer to the advertisement in
The West Australian
of 16 September 2005, regarding suspended drivers licences, and ask -
(1) How many licence numbers appeared in the advertisement?
(2) How many of those numbers did pay their outstanding fines -
(a) in total e.g. by cash, credit card, direct debit, cheque;
(b) by Centrepay; and
(c) by entering into a ‘time to pay’ agreement?
(3) How many of those people who did not pay in total (i.e. who paid by Centrepay or entered into a time to pay agreement) have subsequently defaulted on that agreement to pay their outstanding fines?
(4) Please provide a breakdown of those defaulting who agreed to pay their outstanding fines by -
(a) Centrepay; and
(b) time to pay?
