I refer to the answer given to question without notice 494 on 18 August 2005 regarding drug-use kits that are currently available over the counter in some Perth shops. (1) Has the government completed its review of the adequacy of Western Australian legislation relating to the sale of drug-use kits; and, if not, why not?
