I refer the minister to his media statement of 10 October headed “Minister congratulates 150th homeowner”, in which the words attributed to him state - Homeswest originally owned 29 per cent of homes in Langford. The aim to reduce that figure to 12 per cent looks set to be achieved. What percentage does the minister consider to be the optimum for suburbs in the new living program? Hon NICK GRIFFITHS
