(1) A training course is available to staff in all directorates of the Court and Tribunal Services Division. The course is from National Disability Services (NDS). It covers the topics of understanding disability and individuals, the use of inclusive language, inclusion and access.
(2) Yes.
(3) As at 22 January 2026, 71.8%.
