I refer to page 83 of
budget paper No 3, which commits the state to an ''overarching strategy
for Health ICT''.
(1) Who is
undertaking the work to create the Health information and communications
technology strategy?
(2) When did work on the strategy commence, and if it has not
commenced, when will it commence?
(3) How much will the Health ICT strategy development cost?
(4) When will the Health ICT strategy be completed?

honourable member for some notice of the question.
(1) The WA Health information and
communications technology executive board is responsible for the development of
the ICT strategy.
(2) Work on the ICT
strategy commenced in June 2014.
(3) The cost of any
external support, if required, has not yet been determined.
(4) The ICT strategy
is planned to be finalised by the end of 2014.
