I refer to my question on notice No. 402, concerning the information management system in the Minister’s office, and the Minister’s answer referring me to the answer to question on notice No. 394. I note that the second part of the question asked in question on notice No. 394 as recorded in Hansard, is different to the second part of the question asked in question on notice No. 402, and I ask, is all correspondence received in the Minister’s office scanned and recorded into the information management system (records system)?

I can find no difference in the second part of Legislative Council Question on Notice number 394 and 402, so I am unable to understand the Member's query.
However, I can answer the question now posed and it is yes.
