I refer to the Minister's answer to question on notice 629 seeking an explanation of the specific financial impact of each of the factors that the Minister identified as driving an increase in the year on year escalation of the total estimated cost of the Bussell Highway Duplication Stage One and Stage two from $125 million in 2024-25 to $170 million in 2025-26, including an explanation of significant weather events impacting the project, and I ask: (a) what was the dollar value consequence, as part of the escalation from $125 million to $170 million, of the "market increases to the WA civil engineer and design service sector"; (b) what was the dollar value consequence, as part of the escalation from $125 million to $170 million, of the a "above average winter rainfall"; and (c) were any other major factors identified as causes of the cost escalation, and if so, what was the dollar value consequence of each on the identified cost escalation?
