I thank the honourable member for her question. I cannot recollect seeing an internal report That may not mean that I have not seen one. The matter goes back a fair while, as we discussed yesterday. As I put on the public record yesterday, following an investigation by the department and a consensus approach to finding some solutions to the Darkan school bus incident, a number of recommendations have been made to ensure those circumstances do not arise again. I am not sure of the nature of a report, but no doubt a report must have been done because, quite clearly, work has been done. I do not know whether the report was acted on internally. Hon Robyn McSweeney : Stop waffling. Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH : I am just describing what I think might have happened. I do not recollect whether it was an internal report, a working document that led to a series of recommendations to me or a separate report. I do not even know whether a report was done.
