(a-b) The City of Swan are the service providers for local drainage systems within their jurisdiction and are responsible for upgrading of local drainage infrastructure.
State government drainage responsibilities would apply if an operating licence has been issued to a nominated State government entity to provide water (drainage) services under the provisions of the Water Services Act 2012.
