I refer to recent substantial and apparently unauthorised vegetation clearing on Swan location 6398 just north of Lancelin. (1) Has this alleged unauthorised clearing been investigated on behalf of the Commissioner of Soil and Land Conservation? (2) What were the results of any investigation? (3) Were any officers of the Shire of Gingin aware of or involved or complicit in this clearing activity? (4) What prosecution or soil conservation action will the Government be taking?
