(a) Parties to the agreement are BHP and the Port of Port Hedland (now the Pilbara Ports Authority).
(b) The agreement was signed in August 2008.
(c)-(d) As stated by the then Treasurer in the Legislative Assembly on 24 February 2016, “the Harriet Point agreement between the port of Port Headland and BHP is confidential.”
