I refer to the State Infrastructure Strategy - Implementation Progress Report 2024 , and I ask: (a) what is the status of the Western Australian Government action "Continue planning works on the Platform and Signalling Upgrade Program", for which the funding proposals are indicated in the action update as "anticipated to be considered in 2025", described with the deliverable: (i) completion of project definition plans for the highest priority components of the Platform and Signalling Upgrades Program?
