I refer to the proposed Scott River Wind Farm project (the Project) in the Shire of Augusta Margaret River, and the partnership between Synergy (and its affiliates) with a community group known as Augusta Margaret River Clean Community Energy Incorporated (AMRCCE), as well as the engagement of Western Power, and I ask: (a) when and how was Synergy first made aware of the Scott River Wind Farm project; (b) on what date did Synergy begin its internal studies and assessments of AMRCCE's Wind Farm Project; (c) on what date did Synergy reach an internal decision to acquire control of AMRCCE's Wind Farm Project; (d) on what date did Synergy assume control of the Project; (e) what did Synergy receive in exchange for its payments to AMRCCE, totalling $352,715; (f) do the commercial arrangements between AMRCCE and Synergy include any documented provisions for potential future payments to AMRCCE; (g) if yes to (f), will the Minister table those documents, and if not, why not; (h) did Synergy undertake any risk evaluations or Organizational Capacity assessments of AMRCCE prior to engaging in commercial arrangements; (i) if yes to (h), what date were those assessments completed; (j) will the Minister table the contracts and commercial arrangements between Synergy and AMRCCE; (k) if no to (j), why not; (l) when did Synergy first correspond with the Shire of Augusta Margaret River in relation to the proposed Scott River Wind Farm Project; (m) what was the nature of business between Synergy (including its legal representatives, Herbert Smith Freehills) with parties (including but not limited to AMRCCE, and the private landowners who currently have wind farm hosting caveats lodged over their titles by Synergy) involved in the Wind Farm Project across 2017 and 2018; (n) when did Synergy or its affiliates first communicate with each of the private landowners currently associated with hosting the Scott River Wind Farm Project; (o) what enquiries has Western Power received in relation to feeding 10 megawatts or more into the electricity grid from the Scott River region between 2018 and 2025, and what were the dates, details of the entity making the enquiry, and feed-in capacity enquired about in each enquiry; and (p) what applications has Western Power received in relation to feeding 10 megawatts or more into the electricity grid from the Scott River region between 2018 and 2025, and what were the dates, details of applicants, and feed-in capacity applied for in each application?
