I refer to the media release dated 9 February 2018 titled Mandogalup land issues addressed, and I ask: (a) how many land holders are located in area A; (b) why won't an improvement plan be required for area A given that it will be required for areas B, C and D; (c) how much of the land in area A is currently not subject to an area plan; (d) will developers of the new residential subdivision/ development in Mandogalup, and surrounding land in Hammond Park and Wattleup, be required to notify purchasers of land about potential amenity impacts associated with dust; (e) did the WA Planning Commission make a recommendation to the Government that an improvement plan be made for the Mandogalup area; and (f) if yes to (e) is a draft improvement plan now being prepared and when is it expected that the draft improvement plan will be complete?
