(1) How many stages
will comprise delivery of the government's commitment to relocate the
Department of Parks and Wildlife to Bunbury?
(2) What is the time frame for delivery of each stage?
(3) Within the
first year of completion of stage 1, for how much time will the director
general be expected to operate out of the Bunbury office?
(4) Has cabinet approved all stages of the project or merely
stage 1?
(5) In
relation to the answers provided to parts (2) and (3) of question without
notice 13, is the Minister for Environment saying that despite the government's
commitment to relocate the Department of Parks and Wildlife to Bunbury, the
whole of the department, in particular the finance and human resources
sections, may not be relocated to Bunbury?
(6) If
decisions about the working groups to be located in Bunbury are yet to be made,
how did the government determine that 100 department staff would be relocated
to the proposed new offices at Koombana Drive?

first stage of a future headquarters for the department. It is anticipated that
there will be several stages to the total development.
(2) See part
(1). Future time frames will be determined following the completion of the
business case.
(3) It will be as much time as is required for the sound
management of the department.
(4) Approval
has been given to undertake site investigations and business planning to
develop the project at Koombana Drive, Bunbury.
(5) It is
