My question relates to the section of Quill Way, Henderson in
the vicinity of Redemptora Road.
What is the recent history of speed limits on this section of
Quill Way and, specifically, is the speed limit on this section of Quill Way 70
kilometres an hour; and, if not —
(a) when did the speed limit change;
(b) what were the reasons for the change; and
(c) how was the change notified to the public?
