I refer to Legislative Council question without notice No. 456, in relation to a number of documents arising from an FOI application 61-06899, and I ask, given the Minister's refusal to provide the Parliament the documents requested, when does the Minister intend to meet their obligation under Section 82 of the Financial Management Act 2006 and provide a notice to both houses of Parliament including the reasons for the Minister's refusal?
