(e) All Ministerial office expenditure is authorised by either the Chief of Staff or the Executive Officer who have been appointed as Incurring Officers under the terms of the Financial Administration and Audit Act.
(f) There are no written guidelines for such purchases but purchases of trade/professional magazines/periodicals are made when it is considered that their relevance will assist the Minister and ministerial staff in the discharge of their duties.
(g) It is not considered necessary to have specific guidelines for this purpose.
