I refer to The Quarter development in Karratha, and ask: (a) has any commercial space at The Quarter been sold; (b) if yes to (a), what amount of space has been sold and to whom has the space been sold; (c) has any commercial space at The Quarter been leased; (d) if yes to (c), what amount of space has been leased and to whom has the space been leased; (e) of the 46 service worker apartments, how many of each are intended to house government workers, private sector workers, and/or non-for-profit community sector workers; (f) have any of the apartment been pre-sold, and if so, how many and to whom; and (g) have any of the apartments been pre-leased and if so, how many and to whom?
