twelfth report, Going rogue: Serious misconduct by a commission officer—Parliamentary
inspector's report .
(1) Was today's public tabling of the report
the first time the Attorney General was aware of the officer's conduct?
(2) If no to (1), when was he first aware of the officer's
conduct?
(3) When was the officer dismissed by the commission?
(4) Was the Attorney General consulted on the
commission's choice of independent expert to conduct a review, which commenced on 26 February 2024?
(5) When was the Attorney General last briefed on that
review?
