With regard to the Western Agricultural Industries Pty Ltd proposal for a cotton industry in the Kimberley, I ask - (1) Has the State Government agreed to a renewal of the memorandum of understanding between the State and WAI? (2) If yes to (1), will the minister table a copy? (3) Has the MOU undergone any substantial amendments as a consequence of its renewal? (4) If yes to (3), can the minister describe these amendments?
