(a) Operational maintenance at WA Hospitals continues to be undertaken as required. The list of projects covered by the $50 million Health Asset Maintenance Fund were identified by WA Health (including Health Service Providers operating the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Royal Perth Hospital and Armadale Health Service) and the Department of Housing and Works as high priority projects for delivery.
(b-g) All projects commenced in Q3 2025 but for number 6. All projects below will be funded by the $50 million Health Asset Maintenance Fund.
