Can the Minister provide the following details about the Department of Finance's administration of all current common user agreements (CUAs) by goods/services category: (a) CUA number and the nature of the goods/services procured; (b) duration of the CUA including any options for extension/renegotiation; (c) the list or "panel" of approved suppliers under that CUA; (d) the monetary value of goods/services procured by State Government agencies for each twelve month period that the CUA has operated; and (e) with respect to (d), for recently executed CUAs please provide total State Government expenditure on goods/services procured for each twelve month period of the relevant preceding CUA?
