MINISTER FOR
PLANNING — CONFLICT OF INTEREST — WARATAH AVENUE, DALKEITH
181. Mr J.N. HYDE to the Minister for Planning:
I have a supplementary question. Will the minister name all
the Department of Planning and WA Planning Commission officials who told the
minister that they did not believe he had a conflict of interest in this
matter; and, if not, why not?

That information has been provided to the Director General of
the Department of the Premier and Cabinet. All of that information has been
made available. I am very reluctant to do that in the public arena, only to
save them from being drawn into this process. I am not sure that they should be
publicly identified in that way.
