I have a
supplementary question. Given the government's track record, why should WA
growers have any confidence that it is capable of managing biosecurity in Western
Australia?

All governments
across this country are managing biosecurity threats. It does not matter if it
is on the west coast or the east coast. The fact of the matter is—
