(1) No. There has been an increase in WA Health's mental health staff FTE since December 2008.
(2) Mental Health Services are required to operate within their budget allocation and are currently working to ensure this is achieved in 2009/10 without compromising frontline services.
(3) No cuts have been made to mental health services since December 2008, however services have been reconfigured to ensure that they are delivered in the most efficient and effective way possible and without compromising the quality of patient care.
