(1) The Minister for Planning advised the Legislative
Assembly on 1 November 2018 that LandCorp had settled a claim with Cedar
Woods Properties for reimbursement of Cedar Woods' full costs of $6.7 million.
There have been no further claims against LandCorp since this statement.
(2)–(4) Not applicable.
