(1) Under what Act is it prohibited for a person to take an unsolicited photograph of a private residence or other property that is not for sale?
(2) Once such a photograph has been taken, under what Act is it prohibited for that photograph to then be placed into a database of photos and addresses that is accessible to the public without the property owner's approval?
(3) Once such a database has been prepared, under what Act is it prohibited for it to be sold to real estate agents and other people or businesses who may have an interest in soliciting the private owner, without the private owner's explicit approval for the sale of his/her property's photo?
(4) Is the Minister aware of similar complaints or concerns that have been presented to his department?
(5) Are there any cases where such databases have been used for illegal purposes, for example burglary?
