I refer to the Roe 8 preferred proponent announced in the media statement of 27 October 2015, and I ask: (a) can the Minister confirm that announcement included the Stock Road interchange; (b) did inclusion of the Stock Road interchange change after the Government announced its intention to build a tunnel for the second stage of the Perth Freight Link; and (c) does the contract currently being considered by the Government in relation to Roe 8, include the Stock Road interchange?
