I refer to the State Government's Housing Diversity Pipeline Program in the Shire of Exmouth, and I ask: (a) Can the Minister confirm whether a proposal or application has been lodged through the State Government's Housing Diversity Pipeline Program in the Shire of Exmouth, specifically for the sites located at 42, 44, and 46 Maidstone Crescent, and 25 and 29 Payne Street: (i) If so, can you provide details regarding the nature of the proposal - including the number of dwellings and any structural or development specifications; and (ii) Additionally, can the Minister confirm the identity of the applicant; (b) How many dwellings are proposed under this application, and what consultation - if any - has taken place with the local community; (c) Has the Minister, his office, or his department consulted with the Shire of Exmouth: (i) If so, what was the nature and extent of that consultation; (d) What proportion of the proposed dwellings will be designated as affordable housing: (i) Please provide further detail, including whether any of the dwellings are intended to be sublet by a government department or agency; (ii) What proportion of the proposed dwellings will be allocated as social housing; and (iii) What steps are the Government taking to ensure these homes are appropriate and fit-for-purpose in a regional context; (e) How far progressed is this proposal within the Housing Diversity Pipeline Program assessment process: (i) When can the local community expect a formal decision from the Government; and (f) Can the Minister provide clarity on the proponent's projected delivery timeline - and confirm whether this project has received any government support or financial backing: (i) Has the Minister, his office, or his department been in contact with the Member for Pilbara regarding this matter?
