I refer to Busselton Water’s Operating Licence, which in 2009 required Busselton Water to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of Health, for managing drinking water quality and protecting public health, and ask -
(1) Is the Minister aware that a Memorandum of Understanding is yet to be finalised?
(2) What issues still in negotiation between the parties are delaying the finalisation, and signing of the Memorandum of Understanding as required by the operating licence?
(3) What action is the Minister taking to ensure that Busselton Water complies with this condition of its operating licence?
(4) How frequently does the Department of Health audit Busselton Water’s sampling?
