(a–b) The Mandurah Times is distributed across the City of Mandurah and Shire of Murray. Residents in Bouvard, Clifton, Dawesville and Herron in the City of Mandurah are eligible for the Regional Pensioner Travel Card. Residents in the Shire of Murray are eligible for the Regional Pensioner Travel Card.
