I refer to the City of Subiaco Draft Planning Scheme Number 5 received by the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage on 24 August 2017 and ask: (a) Was the Department required to respond to the City of Subiaco with required modifications within ninety days as stated in paragraph 21(4) of the Planning and Development Regulations 2015 : (i) If yes, was this task completed in the required time; and (ii) If the task was not completed in the required time does this invalidate any work on the Town Planning Scheme 5 draft completed since that date?
